Spicy Pork with Noodles
1 lb Pasta - Angel Hair
2 tsp Chinese Sesame Oil
1.5 lb Pork - Ground
4 tbsp Ginger - Grated Coarse
2 cloves Garlic
4 tsp Hot Chili Sauce w/Garlic
4 tsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Dry Sherry
3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1.5 c Chicken Broth
4 Onions - Green

1. Bring water to boil for noodles.
2. Cook them according to package instructions, about 45 seconds and drain.
3. Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in wok and sauté pork until it browns.
4. Stir in 4 tbsp ginger and 2 cl garlic and sauté about 30 seconds, stirring.
5. Reduce heat and add 4 tsp chili sauce, 4 tsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp sherry and 3 tbsp hoisin sauce and mix thoroughly.
6. Add 1 1/2 c chicken broth; raise heat and cook quickly to reduce liquid.
7. Remove from heat, stir in scallions and mix thoroughly with noodles.
8. Let stand, covered, for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
